Tip2: How To Succeed At Big 4 Dieting -Paleo, Keto, AIP, SCD

The next step in being successful in one of the Big 4 diets (Paleo Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), Paleo, Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD), or Keto diet) is to picture ourselves in an art class where we are given a big lump of clay with which we are to sculpt using the same model for reference. Now regardless of how meticulous we are in sculpting exactly what we see none of the completed sculptures will be the same.

This is precisely how we should pursue our diet of choice. We must embrace the model of what we must do but understand that as we learn from our bodies’ reactions that small changes and adjustments need to be made.

Each of the Big 4 diets have been very well documented, particularly the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol, and have been substantiated by clinical trials to successfully manage pain, symptoms, weight, and more. In addition, loads of people have had success with these diets like our friend Anne. These people followed the main principles and made small changes after trial and error over long periods of time.

We will see success with our diet as we persist and work hard to eliminate those foods that are harmful in general and those foods that harmful to us specifically. We need to take time to learn more about the foods we consume from experts (always using an eye of skepticism) and our medical professional. Several diet professional can be found specific to the paleo, AIP, SCD, or keto diets can deliver more clarity as we progress toward our goals while carefully watching what we eat and do (Our Autoimmune Health & Nutrition grass-fed beef Paleo Perfection Protein powder complies with all the Big 4 Diets!).

Another reason we must only embrace the model is that several factors come into play with how we react to food and our other daily actions (in an earlier post we discuss that it is important to eliminate and enhance certain areas of our life, see here). We could respond differently to our diet, foods, or supplements because of our environment, genetics, infection, stress, or even sleep.

One size does not fit all but it can be cut from the same cloth (hope that is cliché enough)! We are individuals and we have very specific needs but we can sculpt from the same model with great results (Quick start with your diet by learning more: AIP, Paleo, SCD, Keto). #autoimmunehn
